Based
in Great Falls, Montana, Dan Oakland is the owner and manager of
Fringe Benefit Resources.
Dan completed his college education at the University of Montana in Missoula, with a major in Banking and Finance. A Montana native, he served as a Fish & Game Commissioner from 1980-1988, and has resided in Great Falls for 35 years. In 1978, he founded Fringe Benefit Resources.
His interests include travel and enjoying the outdoors.

Brad Oakland oversees the Idaho operations of Fringe Benefit Resources from his base in Boise.
Brad attended the University of Idaho in Moscow, and graduated with a degree in Communications and Public Relations in 1999. Residing in Boise since then, Brad gained valuable industry experience with Trustmark Insurance before joining Fringe Benefit Resources in 2004. He's also a licensed enroller and benefits counselor.
Brad's interests are also outdoors-related, and he particularly enjoys whitewater rafting and kayaking.
Working from Helena, Janice Schenk is a licensed benefits enroller and servicing agent for clients in Montana and Idaho.
After graduating from high school in Three Forks, Montana, Janice moved to Helena for computer training, and stayed there to start a family and enter the insurance industry. For the past fifteen years, she has been building up her own agency.
She enjoys many of the outdoor activities Montana has to offer, but her passion is playing tennis competitively.
Dale Fellon, a native of north-eastern Montana, represents Fringe Benefit Resources in the eastern half of the state.
A graduate of Montana State University Billings and the University of Montana, Dale coached and taught in Montana high schools and college for 27 years before entering the insurance and investment profession on 1999. He has specialized in employee benefits and joined Fringe Benefit Resources in 2001.
Dale enjoys the outdoors and exploring out of the way places as well as traveling and attending sporting events.
